| Completion of consignment contract with
Kyoto university |
On 12th of Oct. 2004 the contract "Fundamental
contract about knowledge transfer of intellectual property right" with Kyoto
university was completed in order to mediate transferring of business seeds from
medical field of Kyoto University. Sirankai is authorized to provide services
related to technical information owned by medical field of Kyoto university such
as knowledge transfer support based on this contract.
